Cookies

This site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. One small thing is stored in your browser, and only if you choose it: when you close the signup box in the corner of the screen, or join the list, a single note is kept so the box does not appear again for 30 days. It contains a date and nothing else, and never leaves your device.

Analytics

Visitor numbers are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. It records page views, referring sites, country and general device type in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

The email list

If you join, we keep your email address, the date and time you joined, which form you used and on which page, and the wording you agreed to. We use it for one thing: sending the emails you asked for — new designs, occasional offers, and your welcome code. We never sell or share it, and we never add anyone to the list without their own sign-up. Buying on Etsy does not add you.

You will be asked to confirm your address by email before anything else is sent. The wording you agree to is: “Occasional emails about new designs and offers. Unsubscribe any time.” We rely on that consent to email you, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link, which takes effect straight away. After that, your address is kept only as a record that you asked not to be emailed, so it cannot be added again by mistake. If you would rather it were deleted entirely, emailhello@kiko-sunday.com and it will be.

Who handles the data

Your record is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Emails are sent by our email service provider, which holds a copy of your address for that purpose. Both act only on our instructions.

Links to other sites

Buying happens on Etsy, and links here lead there. Etsy, Instagram and Pinterest set their own cookies and run their own tracking once you arrive, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@kiko-sunday.com. For anything about an order, Etsy holds those records. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
